Notes
- Rates quoted are per room per night. This includes a full English breakfast.
- Two nights minimum stay, except out of season which is November to March.
- Special rates apply over Bank Holidays, Easter, and in August.
- No reduction is given for single person occupancy except out of season.
- We regret that no children or pets are permitted. Owner’s pets live at the Mill.
- Washwalk Mill is strictly a non-smoking establishment.
- Closed at New Year.

Deposits/Payment
A deposit of £85 secures a booking for a two night stay. Cheque, cash or credit/debit card only. For stays of five nights or more an increased deposit will be asked for. Deposits will be acknowledged by email or by phone.
The outstanding balance to be settled by cheque, cash or credit/debit card upon departure.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is not refundable except at our discretion. Regrettably this is due to the increase in last minute cancellations, making it difficult to fill the vacancy. It may therefore be advisable to take out appropriate insurance.
Arrival and Departure
Guests may arrive after 4.30 pm unless by prior arrangement. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
