Take A381 towards Kingsbridge

At Halwell turn left on A3122 towards Dartmouth

After approx 1.5 miles at The Forces Tavern turn right to Blackawton

At T-junction at the top of the Village turn right to go through the Village.

Pass The Normandy Arms, The George Inn, Church and Post Office.

Bear right, signposted to Millcombe

As you go downhill you pass a white cottage on the left called Lilac Cottage

After this, turn right into No Through Road signed Laurel Cottage and Washwalk Mill

The first dwelling is Laurel Cottage, continue to the very end of this lane to find Washwalk Mill
